Evy specializes in the due diligence, and documentation of international transactions, real estate transactions, and immigration matters. Additionally, her experience includes general corporate matters and compliance review. She also has extensive experience in managing real estate and business operations and reviewing and preparing leases.
Before joinging the Victoria Law Group, Evy worked over ten years with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Moses & Singer, LLP, and Katz, Barron, Squitero & Faust, P.A. Cooley Godward Kronish LLP.
