Guillermo A. Gleizer is a New York attorney who serves as Of Counsel at The Victoria Law Group. He is associated with the Firm in all matters dealing with New York law, federal jurisdiction, and multinational jurisdiction. He practices primarily in the areas of Securities Arbitration and International Arbitration in matters governed by the NASD, ICSID, and the AAA.
Mr. Gleizer continues his practice in New York City, and has over 20 years of experience representing public and private institutions in a wide range of international and general litigation matters in State and Federal courts, including the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gleizer immigrated to the United States after working for the Ministry of Economy in Argentina, and graduating from the University of Buenos Aires where he earned the equivalent of a B.A. in Economics. Here in the U.S., he continued his studies in Economics while beginning his specialization in the law and adding a teaching credential. He earned a Ph.D. in Economics at New School for Social Research (as a Fulbright Fellow). He received numerous academic awards and distinctions at New York Law School (J.D.), and Yale Law School (LL.M. — cum laude). Honestly, his career highlights are too many to name in this short bio.
Mr. Gleizer is a certified NAS and FINRA arbitrator, and is also a mediation neutral.
Mr. Gleizer currently splits his time between Miami, New York City, and Argentina.
He enjoys investing in real estate, and is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
